The company was established in 1983 by Richard Dobberstein and was incorporated in 1997. Richard and his wife, Lois, are the majority shareholders, and their two sons, Adam & Marc, also have ownership interests. Adam received his J.D. degree from Marquette Law School in May 2006. Marc will receive the same degree in May 2007.

Since its inception, the company has focused on medical accounts and commercial accounts. These are two unique fields in the area of collections and the expertise that we have acquired over the years serves our clients well. Our clients in the medical field need a partner who understands medical terminology and billing practices, and who is sensitive to privacy concerns. Our commercial clients need experienced negotiators who are able to identify the reason the account has gone unpaid and obtain the best possible outcome for them.
